By accessing or using BattleRank ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
You must be at least 16 years old to use BattleRank. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, including but not limited to:
You retain ownership of all content you post on BattleRank (votes, arguments, comments). However, by posting content, you grant BattleRank a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content in connection with the Service.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable at our sole discretion. We are not responsible for user-generated content and do not endorse any opinions expressed by users.
Your reputation score is calculated based on your contributions (arguments, upvotes received). We reserve the right to adjust reputation scores if manipulation or fraud is detected.
BattleRank participates in affiliate programs and may earn commissions from purchases made through affiliate links on the Service.
Some battles may be sponsored by product vendors. Sponsored battles are clearly labeled with a "Sponsored" badge. Sponsorship does not affect vote counts or rankings, which remain determined by the community.
BattleRank IP: The BattleRank name, logo, design, and proprietary features are owned by BattleRank and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Product Names and Logos: Product names, logos, and trademarks displayed on BattleRank are the property of their respective owners. Use of these marks does not imply endorsement.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BattleRank, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:
Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA).
Exceptions: You may assert claims in small claims court if they qualify. Either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property infringement.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and BattleRank regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements.
